CHILDREN'S CLOTHES SIZE CHART

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CHILD FOR CLOTHES?

A. Chest Width: child's arms down, slip tape under arms and across chest and shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.

B. Waist Measure: measure around the natural waistline.

C. Hem Length: To see where the hem will fall on your child, measure down from the middle top of shoulder or waist line (as specified within the description).

D. Hips/Seat: With child standing, measure around fullest point of the seat.

E. Inseam: Measure pants that fit child well. Lay them flat with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem. F. Torso Start by the neck at highest point of the shoulder, then measure down over chest through the crotch and continue up the back to the starting point.

The garment measurement in the description should be about 1 inch larger than the actual measurement of your child.

Please use the following general girls size charts to help determine sizing, however, keep in mind that due to variations between children, brands and styles, we cannot guarantee fit. We have found that height is a better indicator of size than weight.

If in doubt you may wish to order up a size, as children will always grow!

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at the current price on SophiasStyle.com.

We will accept returns on items within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. Sophia's Style will not reimburse ANY return shipping fees.

Please make sure to include your order number along with your first and last name on an enclosure in your returning package. Neglecting to do so will delay the processing of your refund.

Please note that all Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments (including socks), swimsuits, and accessories cannot be returned. Please note that due to necessary health and safety precautions, all face masks are final sale. These masks are Non-Refundable And Non-Returnable.

To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:

Items are unworn
Items are unwashed
All tags are still attached
Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier
Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Refunds will be processed in the order in which they are received, typically within 5-7 business days.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returning one item only. Returning two or more Special Occasion items will all be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders placed within a 60 day period (60 day period is based on order dates) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee (1 special occasion item waived only).

Returns for multiple orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Subsequent orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

**Exception: All Triumph Dress item cancellations/returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items.

At SophiasStyle.com, we understand that there is a high demand for our children's clothing apparel store in Canada, and we are pleased to offer shipping again to our valued Canadian customers.

However, we want to be transparent and upfront about our return policy for Canadian orders. We regret to inform our Canadian customers that we do not accept returns from Canada due to the high cost of return shipping to the United States.

Additionally, we want our customers to be aware that any duties and taxes incurred as a result of their purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer.
