Designer ballet "Pro" pink shoes from Sansha a great choice for little ballerinas. The original split-sole since 1986. Features hand stitched sole construction, no external stitching and pre-curved front sole. The 2 layers of strong canvas upper, foam protection pad at the heel ensures the foot stays securely in place. These shoes do not come pre-sewn and the customer that buys them have to sew them themselves to their right fitting. PLEASE NOTE THIS ITEM DOES TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 5 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. 

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Your return request will then be submitted to our customer service team for approval prior to you sending them the item back.  Once your return request has been approved you will receive full return instructions. Your return MUST be received in our warehouse within 7 days after submitting your return request.

Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. Sophia's Style will not reimburse ANY return shipping fees.

Please make sure to include your order number along with your first and last name on an enclosure in your returning package.  Neglecting to do so will delay the processing of your refund.  

Please note that all Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments (including socks), swimsuits, and accessories cannot be returned. 

***ALL items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.***

To ensure that you will receive a refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unworn
  • Items are unwashed
  • All tags are still attached
  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way.  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.
  • Return request submitted and approved

Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria MAY be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Refunds will be processed in the order in which they are received, typically within 5-7 business days.

First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items.

We will be charging a restocking fee on ALL special occasion Items. The first item returned will be charged a 5% restocking fee, all additional special occasion items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Orders placed within a 60 day period (60 day period is based on order dates) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee  

Returns for multiple orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Subsequent orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

**Exception: All Triumph Dress item cancellations/returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
