Our Flat Rate Standard Ground Shipping is $8.99 for all other orders.

U.S. DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME
We ship Monday- Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. (We define Monday - Friday as business days).
Standard Flat Rate Shipping, on average, takes 5-7 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.
Shipping Expedited Service, on average, takes 3-5 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
- Any unclaimed or refused packages that are retuned back to us by USPS will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong shipping address will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is retrieved in a timely manner. If a package is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, they should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not able to replace or refund orders that have been marked as delivered

SHIPPING TO CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We proudly ship to Canada and select international destinations. Please note that additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. Sophia’s Style is not responsible for any additional import fees.
Availability varies by product and will be shown at checkout. Shipping will generally be done via USPS or the vendor carrier of choice and your package may take longer to arrive.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
Sophia’s Style offers optional shipping protection to cover eligible retail purchases against loss or damage that occurs during transit. By opting in to this protection, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping protection is a customer service benefit, not an insurance policy. Sophia’s Style is not a licensed insurer. This protection is offered at our discretion and does not replace coverage offered by carriers or third-party insurers.
1. Coverage Limits
- The maximum reimbursement is the purchase price paid for the item (excluding tax and shipping).
- Reimbursement may be issued as a refund, store credit, or product replacement, at Sophia’s Style’s sole discretion.
2. Covered Events
This protection covers:
- Loss of the shipment during transit
- Damage to the item or packaging that affects the usability or integrity of the product
3. Exclusions
Shipping protection does not cover:
- Packages marked as “Delivered” without valid evidence of theft or carrier error
- Shipments with incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., minor dents, creases) that does not affect use
- Items lost or damaged due to:
- Natural disasters
- Customs seizures
- War or civil unrest
- Carrier delays
- Gift cards or perishable items
4. Customer Responsibilities
To be eligible for reimbursement:
- You must report loss or damage:
- Within 30 days of the shipping label creation date
- Within 48 hours of carrier delivery scan (if marked “Delivered” but not received)
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
- A written statement describing the issue
- For damage claims: clear photos of the product and packaging
5. Claims Processing
- Sophia’s Style may contact the carrier and/or request further information before issuing reimbursement.
- We reserve the right to deny claims due to insufficient documentation or suspected fraud.
- Claims marked as "Delivered" must include evidence of misdelivery, theft, or carrier error, such as a police report, video footage, or carrier acknowledgment.
6. No Double Recovery
By submitting a claim, you agree not to file a duplicate claim for the same issue with the shipping carrier or any other insurance provider.
7. Final & Non-Negotiable
All decisions made by Sophia’s Style regarding claims are final. Compensation is limited to one-time reimbursement per incident.
8. Policy Updates
Sophia’s Style may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to any related claims.

Q: What is your approach to handling returns?
A: At Sophia's Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to handle each return fairly and reasonably, aiming to make our customers happy.
Q: What is the timeline for initiating and completing a return?
A: You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 7 days of getting return approval.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, face masks, items marked FINAL SALE, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Q: What about special occasion items?
A: Special occasion items such as First Communion, Flower Girl dresses, etc., have a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for store credit minus shipping costs, provided all return conditions are met.
Q: What conditions must be met for a full refund?
A: Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box, which should not be damaged or modified.
Q: How does the refund process work for international orders?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from Canada due to high shipping costs. Duties and taxes incurred are the customer's responsibility.
