Standard Flat Rate Shipping, on average, takes 5-7 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.

- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
- Any unclaimed or refused packages that are retuned back to us by USPS will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A: Special occasion items such as First Communion, Flower Girl dresses, etc., have a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for store credit minus shipping costs, provided all return conditions are met.

A: Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box, which should not be damaged or modified.
Q: How does the refund process work for international orders?
