¿CÓMO MEDIR A SU HIJO PARA LA ROPA?

A. Ancho del pecho: con los brazos del niño hacia abajo, deslice la cinta debajo de los brazos y sobre el pecho y los omóplatos manteniendo la cinta firme y nivelada.

B. Medida de cintura: mida alrededor de la cintura natural.

No escriba en la caja ni modifique la caja de ninguna manera. No coloque cinta adhesiva ni etiquetas de envío directamente en la caja del zapato.
  • Solicitud de devolución presentada y aprobada

Cualquier artículo devuelto a nosotros que no cumpla con estos criterios PODRÍA ser elegible solo para un reembolso parcial o crédito en la tienda. Si no está seguro de si su devolución es elegible para un reembolso o si tiene alguna otra pregunta o inquietud, no dude en contactar a nuestro departamento de servicio al cliente.

Los reembolsos se procesarán en el orden en que se reciban, generalmente dentro de los 5-7 días hábiles.

Los artículos de Primera Comunión, Niña de las Flores, Navidad, Pascua, Boda, Certamen, Bautizo, Bautismal, Bautismo, Quinceañera y trajes de niños se consideran Artículos de Ocasión Especial.

Estamos cobrando una tarifa de reposición del 15% en TODOS los artículos de ocasión especial.
