Sophias Style Size Chart

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CHILD FOR CLOTHES?

A. Chest Width: child's arms down, slip tape under arms and across chest and shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.

B. Waist Measure: measure around the natural waistline.

C. Hem Length: To see where the hem will fall on your child, measure down from the middle top of shoulder or waist line (as specified within the description).

D. Hips/Seat: With child standing, measure around fullest point of the seat.

E. Inseam: Measure pants that fit child well. Lay them flat with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem. F. Torso Start by the neck at highest point of the shoulder, then measure down over chest through the crotch and continue up the back to the starting point.

The garment measurement in the description should be about 1 inch larger than the actual measurement of your child.

Please use the following general girls size charts to help determine sizing, however, keep in mind that due to variations between children, brands and styles, we cannot guarantee fit. We have found that height is a better indicator of size than weight.

If in doubt you may wish to order up a size, as children will always grow!

Customer Satisfaction First: We prioritize making you happy and stand behind our products and services. We believe in fair and reasonable treatment for both our customers and us.

Here is our current return policy effective January 16, 2024:

Return Timeline: 

  •  Initiation: Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
  •  Shipping Back: Return items within 7 days of return approval.

How to Return:

  2. Await approval and instructions from our customer service team.
  3. Items MUST be sent back within 7 days of approval.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers bear the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Include your order number and full name in the return package.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes should be in original, undamaged boxes.
  • Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way.  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, accessories.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Special Occasion Items: Including First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be exchanged for a store credit equal to the original purchase price minus $10 in shipping costs if all Return Conditions are met. 

Refund Process: Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria MAY be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At SophiasStyle.com, we understand that there is a high demand for our children's clothing apparel store in Canada, and we are pleased to offer shipping again to our valued Canadian customers.

However, we want to be transparent and upfront about our return policy for Canadian orders. We regret to inform our Canadian customers that we do not accept returns from Canada due to the high cost of return shipping to the United States.

Additionally, we want our customers to be aware that any duties and taxes incurred as a result of their purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer.
