We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at the current price on SophiasStyle.com.
We will accept returns on items within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.
Please note that all hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories cannot be returned. Please note that due to necessary health and safety precautions, all face masks are final sale. These masks are Non-Refundable And Non-Returnable.
In addition, all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:
- Items are unworn
- Items are unwashed
- All tags are still attached
- Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier
- On International orders, all applicable duties/ taxes have been paid
- Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.
Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
Refunds will be processed in the order in which they are received, within 5-7 business days
We will not charge a restocking fee for returning one item only. Returning two or more Special Occasion dresses and/or boys’ suits will all be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**Exception: All Triumph Dress item cancellations/returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items.

If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item in the size that works best for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.

We ship International Airmail. For faster delivery, you may choose to ship via Global Express Mail. Please note your government’s Customs may hold your package up to 8 weeks.
Shipping Standard International: 15-30 business days for delivery
Shipping Global Express Airmail: 2-4 business days for delivery
INTERNATIONAL TRACKING
Shipping Global Airmail, your package can be tracked within the United States at the website listed below. However, once a package leaves the United States it can no longer be tracked. If tracking is important, we encourage you to ship via our Global Express Mail option.

We are required by law to accurately list the contents and price of your purchases. Your purchases may be subject to duties and or taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs changes. In case of returns, shipping and duties/taxes are not refundable.
