SIZING

Finding the right size isn't always easy. Our size charts provide a helping hand and offer a guide for sizing of clothing and shoes. Please be aware that garment sizing varies from brand to brand.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Orders received after that date will not be refunded and will be sent back after a shipping label is provided.

Please note that all hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories cannot be returned.

Please note that due to necessary health and safety precautions, all face masks are final sale.  These masks are Non-Refundable And Non-Returnable.

In addition, all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unworn
  • Items are unwashed
  • All tags are still attached
  • Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier
  • On International orders, all applicable duties/ taxes have been paid
  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Refunds will be processed in the order in which they are received, within 5-7 business days

We are charging 15% restocking fee on ALL special occasion Items.

First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items.

 

 

EXCHANGES

If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item in the size that works best for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Free shipping is available on orders over $99. 

Our Flat Rate Standard Ground Shipping is $5.99 for all other orders.

Processing time: no matter what shipping method you choose, your order will automatically be shipped within 1-4 business days.

*Some items require additional processing time, this will be noted in item's Full Description.

DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME

We ship Monday- Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. (We define Monday - Friday as business days).

Standard Flat Rate Shipping, on average, takes 5-7 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.

Shipping Expedited Service, on average, takes 3-5 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
  • Any unclaimed or refused packages that are retuned back to us by USPS will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong shipping address will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is retrieved in a timely manner. If a package is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, they should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not able to replace or refund orders that have been marked as delivered

Q: What is your approach to handling returns?
A: At Sophia's Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to handle each return fairly and reasonably, aiming to make our customers happy.

Q: What is the timeline for initiating and completing a return?
A: You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 7 days of getting return approval.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, face masks, items marked FINAL SALE, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories are not eligible for return.

Q: What about special occasion items?
A: Special occasion items such as First Communion, Flower Girl dresses, etc., have a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for store credit minus shipping costs, provided all return conditions are met.

Q: What conditions must be met for a full refund?
A: Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box, which should not be damaged or modified.

Q: How does the refund process work for international orders?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from Canada due to high shipping costs. Duties and taxes incurred are the customer's responsibility.
