We ship Monday- Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. (We define Monday - Friday as business days).
Standard Flat Rate Shipping, on average, takes 5-7 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.
Shipping Expedited Service, on average, takes 3-5 business days for delivery. USPS states to allow up to 15 days for delivery in some instances.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
- Any unclaimed or refused packages that are retuned back to us by USPS will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong shipping address will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A: At Sophia's Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to handle each return fairly and reasonably, aiming to make our customers happy.
Q: What is the timeline for initiating and completing a return?
A: You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 7 days of getting return approval.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, face masks, items marked FINAL SALE, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Q: What about special occasion items?
A: Special occasion items such as First Communion, Flower Girl dresses, etc., have a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for store credit minus shipping costs, provided all return conditions are met.
Q: What conditions must be met for a full refund?
A: Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box, which should not be damaged or modified.
Q: How does the refund process work for international orders?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from Canada due to high shipping costs. Duties and taxes incurred are the customer's responsibility.

The dress fit my daughter perfect. The color is bright, the skirt is full. She received sooooo many compliments. I will be purchasing more from this site. Shipping did take a little longer but it was worth the wait. Dress does not look cheap at all.
My daughter tried on the TipTop 3D Floral Bodice Glitter Tulle Detachable Cape Special Occasion Dress at an upscale wedding dress shop and loved it! I was not a fan of the price tag and we went searching for something at a more reasonable price. After searching and not finding anything we liked, I scoured the internet to find the dress she had fallen in love with. I found it here at Sophia's Style for MUCH less than the dress shop was asking. I measured my daughter, ordered the size we needed, and in less than a week her dream dress was on our doorstep!! Now she is all set to be the flower girl for her Aunts upcoming wedding in June. We are so pleased with the whole experience of shopping with Sophia's Style! The ease of navigating the website, the prices, the quality of product, and the shipping!!

This shie is very cute and goes well with my daughter's lighter colored dresses. Usually I buy the same shoe in black and off-white, but I saw this and decided to change things up a little. I'm very glad I did. As for fit, the strap fits well around the ankle. It secures the shoe without being uncomfortable. I also like that although it's ballet-style, it is not flimsy - nice, sturdy sole like a traditional shoe but with a little pizazz.
