  • Include your order number and full name in the return package.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way.Ā  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, accessories.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Special Occasion Items: IncludingĀ First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, QuinceaƱera and boys suits are considered to beĀ Special Occasion Items areĀ subject to a 15% restocking feeĀ or may be exchanged for a store creditĀ equal to the original purchase priceĀ minus $10 in shipping costs if all Return Conditions are met.Ā

At SophiasStyle.com, we understand that there is a high demand for our children's clothing apparel store in Canada, and we are pleased to offer shipping again to our valued Canadian customers.

However, we want to be transparent and upfront about our return policy for Canadian orders. We regret to inform our Canadian customers that we do not accept returns from Canada due to the high cost of return shipping to the United States.

Additionally, we want our customers to be aware that any duties and taxes incurred as a result of their purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer.
